Pre-Treatment Precautions
✔ Avoid plucking, waxing, or tanning before the procedure ✔ Inform us if you are taking medications or have a keloid-prone skin type ✔ For arm and underarm hair removal, wearing a sleeveless top is recommended for faster treatment ✔ For leg hair removal, wearing short pants is recommended for quicker treatment ✔ Shower on the day of the procedure to help prevent folliculitis
Post-Treatment Precautions
✔ Apply sufficient moisturizer to prevent folliculitis and itching ✔ Take prescribed medications as directed to prevent folliculitis ✔ Avoid tight clothing that may rub the treated area ✔ Do not scratch the treated area even if it itches ✔ Apply sunscreen when going outdoors ✔ Use ice packs to soothe redness, warmth, or mild pain ✔ Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools for at least 2–3 days
