Article 4 (Disclaimer Regarding Medical Information)

Procedure information, pricing, expected results, and aftercare guidance posted on the Site are general reference information provided to help users understand our services, and do not constitute a medical diagnosis or prescription for any individual user. Article 5 (Reservations and Consultations)

The Site is intended to provide information about the Clinic and its procedures. Appointments and consultations are made through channels separately designated by the Clinic, such as phone or KakaoTalk. Use of the Site alone does not create a reservation or a medical service contract.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

The Clinic is not liable for failure to provide the service due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or system maintenance. The Clinic's liability for any damage arising from a user's reliance on information posted on the Site is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute between the Clinic and a user shall be brought before a court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
