Dr.scene's note

Forehead lines usually come from two different sources — muscle movement and gradual volume loss — and each calls for a different tool. For expression lines I usually think of botulinum toxin first; when static lines or hollowness remain, filler or energy-based tightening can be discussed. What matters is identifying which source dominates before choosing anything.
